Orders can be sent to us via email or you can call 0800 009 6500 to place your order with one of our experienced members of staff. Otherwise, you can place orders on the website if you have an online account with us.

The majority of our products are available from stock so should be dispatched with 24 hours, however larger orders can take longer to process so please allow up to 5 working days for these. If your order is likely to take longer than 24 hours, one of our customer services representatives will contact you to let you know. All goods that are in stock are normally dispatched within 24 hours, following receipt of order and confirmed payment unless on account.

Any payments should be made in pound sterling.


HOODY® wants you to be completely satisfied with all purchases made from us. In the unlikely event that you would like to cancel your order before the goods are dispatched, please read and follow the instructions below.

Any orders placed must be cancelled before the goods are dispatched.

HOODY® will refund the value of all cancelled orders, including any delivery charges. This does not affect your legal rights.

All items that are Special Order items are excluded from cancellation. Please contact us for further details.

 Cancellations will only be refunded once they are confirmed in writing via email.

Note  We aim to process all cancelled orders within 3 to 5 working days.

Procedure In the first instance please contact on: 0800 009 6500 with your intention to cancel your order, a member of staff will then process this cancellation and confirm that it has been actioned unless the goods have already dispatched where it will then default back to the Returns procedure.
